What is the TUITION ENROLMENT FEE for Akhepran International Academy?

Here at Akhepran we seek to provide affordable quality education. 

Total Tuition Enrolment Fee is $3500.00  per student per year. There are five payment dates. Please review the Tuition Payment Schedule  below for more details. The total tuition enrollment fee for the school year includes: Tuition, Exam Workbooks, Fieldtrips, basic liability insurance, registration/seat fee, technology, and skills classes.

Parents wishing to get bank loan so as to pay the tuition enrolment fee in full may request a letter from the school’s office.

What are the PAYMENT PLAN  OPTIONS?

The first payment of $700 must be paid before a payment plan may be negotiated.            

 An administrative processing fee ranging  $200 - $300 will be added to every payment plan negotiated.

 Can payments be made at the school’s office?

No.  School Fees can be paid at any branch of Commonwealth Bank, to A/C #117000222, Akhepran International Academy. Please collect the payment slips from the school’s office and be sure to instruct the teller to type the name of the student in the computer. The PINK copy of the deposit slip MUST be returned to the school’s office for proof of payment.

 Are there discounts on fees for multiple children?

No. There are no discounts provided as our fees are already competitively priced.

 Is there a grace period for Late Fees?

No. Parents who pay school fees late will be charged a penalty fee of $50.00. Students will not be allowed to attend school or any related school event if the tuition enrolment fees are not paid on or before the due dates. There are no grace periods as the due dates are announced months in advance.

 What type of summer program is offered for students?

LONG ISLAND SUMMER SCHOOL

Long Island Summer School is a total of 3 weeks, and will be held from June 16th -July 6th 2014 at a cost of $700.00. Full payment of $700 for Summer school is due May 31st.

 The $700 will pay for the following:

Boat Fare   Accommodation     Food     Bus Transportation     Tours

 Students are encouraged to bring snacks and additional spending money for miscellaneous items.

Only Akhepran students may travel and participate in this program.
